Agreement

By using Urlink, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to your use of the Urlink app, website, and related services. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You must be allowed to use the service where you live and be able to enter into a binding agreement on your own behalf, or through a parent or guardian where required.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and activity.

• Keep your sign-in details secure and use accurate account information.
• You are responsible for the links, notes, tags, profile details, and other content saved through your account.
• If you choose a username, profile image, or display name, make sure it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or impersonate another person.

Using Urlink

Use the app in a way that matches what it is for.

• Urlink is for saving links, articles, videos, and other finds so you can search, organize, and revisit them later.
• Do not use Urlink to break the law, spam people, abuse shared features, interfere with the service, or scrape the app in harmful ways.

Shared features and connections

If you use connection or sharing features, only share content you are comfortable sharing and that you have the right to share. You are responsible for what you send to other people through Urlink.

Service changes

Urlink is still evolving. We may add, remove, or refine features over time, including how optional Pro features work, as long as we do so in a commercially reasonable way.

Billing and Pro

Free comes first. Pro is optional.

• Urlink offers a free experience with core saving, browsing, search, notes, tags, favorites, archive, and connections.
• Urlink Pro currently offers a monthly plan for $4.99 and a yearly plan for $49.99, which is effectively two months free compared with paying monthly for a full year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the store or billing flow that manages your purchase.
• Billing, payments, refunds, and renewals may be handled by Google Play and supporting subscription infrastructure such as RevenueCat.
• Prices, availability, and billing surfaces can vary by region, platform, or future product changes.

Optional AI

AI features are suggestions, not guarantees.

If you use Urlink Pro AI features, the service may generate suggested titles, descriptions, summaries, categories, or tags. Those suggestions can be helpful, but they may still be incomplete or wrong.

You are responsible for reviewing anything AI helps generate before you rely on it. Urlink is designed so the app can still work without AI, and we can change or remove AI features if needed.

Disclaimers

We work to keep Urlink reliable, but we cannot promise perfection.

• Urlink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every saved item will always include perfect metadata.
• To the extent allowed by law, Urlink is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• If the law limits how much that disclaimer can apply, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us anything, whichever is greater.
